Meet Cleo

Our deep mahogany little head-turner

Cleo is a 3-year-old miniature dachshund with an unmistakable presence. A beautiful deep mahogany brown & tan smooth-haired girl, her rich colouring gives her a distinctive appearance that really sets her apart.

Cleo is a naturally active girl who loves to run and work her nose. As one of our scent dogs, she has a wonderful natural ability for scent work and is particularly motivated by the opportunity to use her nose. She is eager to please and loves having a job to focus on, making her a lovely example of the dachshund's natural working instincts.

But Cleo has another side to her personality too — she can be an absolute baby! She adores attention and is happiest when she has an audience fussing over her. That affectionate, people-loving nature makes her just as enjoyable at home as she is out working.

And then there's her looks. Cleo is a real head turner, with an exceptionally deep red-brown mahogany colour that catches the eye wherever she goes. Her striking appearance, combined with her active nature and natural scenting ability, makes her a very special member of the Dash Hounds family.

Cleo embodies the combination we love at Dash Hounds — a beautiful family companion with genuine natural working instinct.
