4. Puppy Availability
Information about available puppies is subject to change.
The appearance of a puppy on our website does not guarantee that the puppy remains available.
We reserve the right to decide whether a particular puppy is suitable for a prospective home. Our priority is the welfare of our puppies and finding appropriate long-term homes.
5. Puppy Applications
Submitting a puppy application does not guarantee that you will be offered a puppy.
Information provided through an application must be truthful and complete. We may use the information provided to assess whether a Dash Hounds puppy is appropriate for your household and circumstances.
We reserve the right to decline an application or recommend a different puppy where we believe this is in the best interests of the puppy.
6. Viewing Appointments
Puppy viewing appointments are free of charge and must be booked in advance.
Our separate Puppy Viewing Appointment Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments, including our requirement for at least 12 hours' notice when cancelling or requesting a change.
An appointment does not guarantee the opportunity to purchase a particular puppy.
7. Deposits and Payments
Where a deposit is required to reserve a puppy, the applicable amount and payment arrangements will be explained before payment is made.
Our Refund Policy applies to deposits and other payments.
A puppy will not leave Dash Hounds until the agreed purchase price has been paid in full, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.
8. Puppy Sales
The purchase of a puppy may be subject to a separate Puppy Sales Agreement.
Where a separate agreement is provided, its terms will apply to the sale in addition to these website Terms of Service.
Nothing within these Terms of Service is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights you may have under UK law.
