Terms of Sale

Puppy Reservations & Deposits

A £300 deposit is required to reserve a selected puppy. A puppy is not considered reserved until the deposit has been received and payment has been confirmed.

The deposit secures the puppy for the agreed purchaser and means that the puppy will no longer be actively offered to other prospective buyers.

Deposits are non-refundable if the purchaser changes their mind, is no longer able to take the puppy, or chooses not to proceed with the purchase, except where otherwise required by law.

If, for any reason relating to the puppy's health or welfare, we are unable to complete the sale, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance must be paid in full before, or at the time of, collection of the puppy. Puppies will not leave our care until the full purchase price has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel a sale where payment has not been made as agreed.

Puppy Collection

Puppies will only leave once they have reached the appropriate age and are considered fit and ready to leave by us.

The purchaser is responsible for arranging collection at the agreed time. Any change to the agreed collection date should be discussed with us in advance.

Health & Welfare

The health and welfare of our puppies is our priority. Puppies are raised with appropriate care, socialisation and veterinary attention.

Puppies will be sold with the documentation and information applicable to their individual listing, which may include registration documentation, vaccination and/or worming records, microchip information and feeding guidance.

The purchaser should ensure they are satisfied with the puppy's health, temperament and suitability before completing the purchase.

Purchaser Responsibility

By placing a deposit, the purchaser confirms that they have considered the long-term commitment involved in owning a dog and have made suitable arrangements for the puppy's care.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a sale if we believe that a puppy's welfare or suitability cannot be adequately assured.

Change of Circumstances

If the purchaser experiences a change in circumstances after paying a deposit, they should contact us as soon as possible. While deposits are ordinarily non-refundable, each situation will be considered on its individual circumstances.

Agreement

Payment of the £300 deposit confirms that the purchaser has read and understood these Terms of Sale and agrees to them.

These terms do not affect any statutory rights the purchaser may have under applicable UK consumer law.
